Beta Software License Agreement

Last updated: 10/19/2026

1. Agreement

This agreement is between you and Nothguancm LLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as segue ("segue," "we," "us"). By installing or using segue you accept it.

2. License

segue grants you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the software on one Mac. Trial licenses last 30 days from first launch.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or share the software or your license key, except where the law allows otherwise.

4. Trial licenses

Each Mac may use one Beta Access trial. segue verifies this using a hashed identifier of your Mac (see the Privacy Policy). Trial keys stay tied to that Mac. If you are stuck, such as after reinstalling macOS, contact us.

5. Beta software

segue is pre release software. It may contain errors and may change or lose features.

6. Live performance notice

segue is a tool for live shows. You are responsible for testing every show in advance and for keeping a backup plan. Do not rely on segue as the only way to run a performance.

7. Updates

The app checks segue.live for updates. We may release updates and may stop supporting older versions.

8. Third party components

segue includes open source components under their own licenses. Notices ship with the app.

9. Trademarks

Logic Pro, macOS and Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc. segue is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

10. Feedback

You grant segue the right to use any feedback you send, without obligation to you.

11. No warranty

The software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, segue is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost income, show disruption or data loss. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license (or $50 for free trials).

13. Termination

We may end your license if you break these terms. You may stop at any time by deleting the software.

14. Governing law

New York law governs this agreement. Disputes go to the courts of New York County, New York.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
